- Negotiate entertainment contracts
- Coordinate execution of Artist contracts, performance riders and fees
- Secure media interviews with the performers
- Manage artist production – stage, audio, lighting, backline requirements, etc.
- Coordinate performers travel and hospitality requirements
- Identify and acquire interactive and themed entertainment – kids areas, sports areas, etc.
- Manage Talent on site during the event
