Alexis Van Oudtshoorn is a dedicated event professional with a growing track record in the hospitality, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Event Coordinator at Premier Events, where she works closely with the Event Management Division to bring festivals of all types and sizes to life. In this role, Alexis supports full-scale event production—from vendor relations to logistics planning and on-site operations —ensuring each event runs seamlessly.

Since 2023, Alexis has contributed to a variety of high-impact organizations, including Rival Entertainment, the Cultural Arts Division of the City of Roswell, and Georgia Tech Athletics. These experiences have strengthened her expertise in community outreach, production logistics, visual design, and customer service.

Alexis also works with the Atlanta International Night Market, supporting its mission to celebrate cultural diversity through food, music, and art. Her contributions there include developing culturally themed programming, designing marketing materials, and coordinating large-scale festival logistics.

Originally from South Africa, Alexis brings a global perspective and a passion for inclusive, community-focused experiences. She is currently pursuing a BBA in Hospitality Management with a minor in Marketing at Kennesaw State University (expected December 2025), and holds certifications in Music & Entertainment Business and Event Planning.

Best vacation you ever took
I visited Taiwan to see my aunt and cousins. We traveled from there to Thailand. The sights were incredible. Locals in both countries were kind and offered me food to try. I tried many new dishes and explored beautiful beaches and villages.
