With a remarkable career spanning over 35 years, Laura Valente is a highly regarded event producer and partner at Premier Events, where she oversees the Event Management Division. Bringing a comprehensive knowledge of event logistics, marketing, sponsorship, talent booking, production, and ticketing, Laura began her journey as the Marketing Manager and Talent Buyer for Concert/Southern Promotions (1990-2000). During this period, she played a pivotal role in the development of Atlanta’s Music Midtown Festival and successfully promoted over 300 concerts annually, also directing the rebranding and launch of two concert venues.
Subsequently, Laura held key roles as Vice President/Atlanta Operations Manager and later President at Mad Booking (2001-2006), an independent concert promotion company. Here, she spearheaded the production of highly successful free admission concert series in major cities, including Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, and Washington DC. Joining Premier Events in 2009 as a partner/co-owner, Laura expanded the company’s services to include full-service event management. As the Director of the Event Management Division, she has been a driving force behind the development of over 1,000 events, securing preferred provider status for a diverse clientele, including municipalities, real estate developers, and non-profit organizations. Laura’s strategic savvy and sales expertise have played a pivotal role in securing over $20 million in event sponsorships throughout her accomplished career.
